Serving presentation for Thai Jungle curry
Thai Jungle Curry or Kaeng Pa

October 03, 2021

This is as fiery as it gets for a Thai curry, it is way more spicy than most people can handle. It is also one of the simplest Thai curries to prepare, Jungle curries, or more accurately, forest curries, were traditionally made with whatever was to hand so your choice of meats and vegetables comes down to whatever you wish to put in it.

Thai Red Curry Paste

This is my favourite curry paste from My Thai Curry. It’s full of flavour and delicious with chicken or prawns and vegetables. Much more tasty than a takeaway, I try to always have a few in the cupboard for a delicious meal.

Tasty easy chicken wings

I had not ordered any of these pastes before but the recipes looked good so I ordered a selection. The fish curry was delicious but it really wanted to try the Crying Tiger on some chicken wings. Very easy to do and jus oven cooked for 40 minutes. The only problem is that they are so tasty it is impossible to stop eating them.
We will try the sauce on steak next time as that too looks delicious

Crying Tiger

This was my first time ordering from mythaicurry. ordering from the Web site was straight forward and every thing arrived in good time. The packaging is good and contains clear instructions on how to use the pastes. I cooked crying tiger using a piece of rump steak. The result was delicious. I will definitely be ordering again

Delicious!

Make authentic Thai curries at home, great tasting and authentic. Recommended!
My favourites are the massaman and green curry. The mild ones are good for kids.
