A Panang Curry is a little sweet, a little salty and one of the few curries to use Thai basil. Most often cooked with beef but can also be prepared with other meat or seafood. Served with a thick coconut sauce, one of my favourites but often not prepared properly outside Thailand. Try it and see !

A new family favourite.

Really enjoyed the panang curry paste. Put it in a slower cooker with the short ribs and leave it to do its thing. Definitely will buy it again.

Excellent recipe and paste

Tried this one with the beef short ribs and was really excellent - milder than the mussaman but still lots of flavour - I had to cook my ribs for a lot longer but really enjoyed this - great pastes

Beautiful curry

Lovely restaurant style curry. I cooked mine with diced beef and it was just as nice as those I've had in a restaurant. My whole family loved it will definitely buy again
