The most versatile of all Thai curry pastes. Apart from being used in Thai red curries it's also used to make Thai fish cakes and in stir fries and marinades. It imparts a special taste to meatballs, hamburgers, fish burgers, wherever you want to experiment. Best described as a mild to medium taste.

Best Thai dinner party ever !

I used my pastes for the first time last week and invited 8 friends round for supper - I made chicken satay , weeping tiger steak, monkfish red curry and chicken Panang - everyone abseloutely loved it - delicious ! Xx

Thai is my favourite food, but I'm lazy. So I've tried every paste and mix going, the works, but this is by far the best, just superb! I even took the sound advise to use a decent coconut milk and visited our local Thai supermarket, it makes so much difference. Can't wait to try the rest of my order!

Absolutely gorgeous, deep, rich, authentic flavours! Not too spicy so even my husband and son enjoyed it and they have quite a low spice tolerance! For me, I was transported back to my couple of Thailand trips and my favorite curry. Thank you!

Tried this for the first time , glad I did !
Superb flavour, spicy but not outrageous in heat
So more of the complex flavours of the ingredients came through , quality blend of spices , not cheap ! And it’s taste proves it’s cost value , worth the cost if you want traditional authentic taste of Thai food , I eat a lot of Thai food cooked by Thai friends and love it so I can speak from real experiences, this is as close to proper home cooked Thai food as you can get
But without the long list of fresh ingredients you need to make good pastes like this !
