The most versatile of all Thai curry pastes. Apart from being used in Thai red curries it's also used to make Thai fish cakes and in stir fries and marinades. It imparts a special taste to meatballs, hamburgers, fish burgers, wherever you want to experiment. Best described as a mild to medium taste.

Red curry paste

My daughter and I love the green curry paste but sometimes it can be a bit too spicy for her. We decided to try the red curry and it’s the perfect amount of heat!! And as always, the flavors are incredible. If you want authentic, delicious Thai curry, look no further than My Thai Curry.

Massaman/Crying Tiger and Red Thai

I ordered the Massaman curry, crying tiger dip and red Thai curry.

The massaman curry was nice, however it was quite mild, ones I have tried from elsewhere were spicier and more to my taste, I probably wouldn’t buy this again.

The crying tiger marinade was very nice, and spicey, and I would buy this again.

I have yet to make the Thai Red Curry, but I will update once I have done so.

SUBLIME!!

I made my Thai Red Curry with King Prawns following the recipe on the website and added the Prawns towards the end of the cooking process so as not to over cook the them. I also didn't feel the need to add any vegetables like sliced bamboo but just garnished with a spectrum of colourful peppers. The result was simply sublime, what a treat! - now a firm family favourite!

Delicious red curry paste

This is definitely the best red Thai curry paste I've ever used, I made it with the duck breast using the recipe on the website and was blown away with how fresh the curry was. Also all the other tips on the website have truly revolutionised my Thai curry game, frozen kaffir lime leaves and finding the right coconut milk is a must! Thank you for your delicious pastes, I will be trying the massaman next

A great taste.Definitely hotter than the mild green for me,I cooked chicken and King Prawns and added M & S aromatic vegetables,it goes together very well.
