Every molecule of my Thai DNA screams out to me that this is wrong! A Thai Green curry should always carry a certain level of heat, I was raised that way. However, I have lost count of the customers who have requested this and so I have finally given in. Like its older brothers, Bangkok & Southern Green curry paste, it's big on Lemongrass and Kaffir Lime tastes but very light on the chilli scale. And if you find this one too hot then I will retire my wok and become a plumber:-)

What a fabulous product. Really authentic feel like I’m back in Thailand definitely be using this again. And I love the information sheet that came with the Paste.

These pastes are absolutely brilliant

I’ve tried A LOT of different Thai pastes but these have been game changing. I used to make them myself because I couldn’t find ones that packed enough flavour and weren’t too spicy. I love that it take just a few simple tweaks to get it just how you like it. Our family add extra fish sauce and chilli where desired to adjust the salt and heat to their own preference. It suits everyone. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is that the green curry paste is slightly too sweet although easy enough to fix. The price point is also a little high. I buy 6 pastes at a time so it can get a bit costly when purchasing regularly. With that said these are clearly very well made and I don’t mind spending extra for fabulous quality. Highly recommend

Amazing Thai Pastes

After travelling around Thailand and doing cookery classes there I fell in love with Thai food. I’ve always found it difficult to get all the ingredients needed to make authentic and fresh pastes. After discovering My Thai Curry I no longer need to worry about going to several different shops looking for ingredients. Every paste I’ve ordered has been delivered quickly and is so tasty I feel like I’m back in Thailand. Will definitely be using My Thai Curry again and again.

Mild but in no way bland

I was making Thai green curry for my mum who’s not big on the spicy food dept but she loved the mild Thai green curry so much, she nabbed all the leftovers for lunch the next day! Would def recommend!
