As a keen cook, I have loved to create my own version of a green Thai curry paste, however due to time constraints, I have reverted to shop bought versions of late, which have been seriously lacking.
I am so delighted with my decision to buy this brand online, finally an authentic Thai curry without having to add any other aromatic ingredients… good quality coconut milk, a garnish of Thai basil, chilli, and a handful of butterfly prawns were a perfect
marriage with this paste.
Also use the paste as a marinade for your protein choice to pop on the BBQ… yum 😋

You can thin the sauce down for dipping just by using warm water, a spoonful at a time, until you have the consistency you need. It’s not going to affect the flavour much, if at all, to get a good dipping sauce.
