Hi Vickie,
So glad you enjoyed the Miang Kham experience :-)
You can thin the sauce down for dipping just by using warm water, a spoonful at a time, until you have the consistency you need. It’s not going to affect the flavour much, if at all, to get a good dipping sauce.

Just got your yummy Miang Kham sauce and made “street food” spinach wraps with all the fixings. This is the best pre-made sauce I’ve ever tried. How can I thin the Miang Kham paste to make more of a dipping sauce without altering the flavor?
