I love using my Thai curry pastes I made a beef massaman which was delicious and so simple to do.
This curry Paste is another level!
I used braising steak and Jersey Mids for the potatoes. The curry was lovely! Def oven it though! I think it helps the sauce!

I have reverted back to this after trying another companies version when this was out of stock - NO COMPARISON.. this is so authentic tasting and is great that has no fish sauce so is fully veggie so can add your own if wanted. Just need to make sure that I never run out again..
I used this to marinade cubed chicken breast for about six hours. Fried it and served with basmati rice. This marinade smells amazing and is very fragrant. It is mild and quite sweet which is a nice change from spicy Thai curry pastes and marinades that I’m used to. I will buy this again and would also go well with pork.
