Sometimes seen on Thai restaurant menus written in English as "Kaeng Kari". or แกงกะหรี่ in Thai. This curry paste is notable for its use of spices more generally associated with Indian curries. However, the spicing is lightly balanced allowing the typical flavours of a Thai curry to still predominate. It is also used to make one of the great Northern Thai dishes Khao Soi, A mild curry popular with children and adults alike.

Gorgeous yellow curry paste

First time I’ve ordered from My Thai Curry, I’ve ordered a few different pastes, tried the first one, the yellow paste, it’s gorgeous!! Will definitely be ordering again. Can’t wait to try all our others 😊

First time ordering

Watch the short rib curry video and thought I would give it a go, curry was spot on 🌶️ hot was as the packet so was spot on. Family devoured it we had a mixture of rice , chips (that the wife’s favourite) and warm crusty rolls with garlic butter and it was just great.

Yellow Curry

I've tried this a few times over the years and is the only one I never really clicked with. But wife and I recently had a yellow curry at the Giggling Squid (which may not be totally authentic but what they serve is generally very tasty!) and that converted me! So I bought a Nitsa yellow curry pouch and recreated the dish and it came out even better! So will definitely be buying this again. One of the nice things about Mythaicurry products is that it has taken the stress out of trying Thai restaurants. I know that I'll be able to recreate any curry I sample back at home, and that it will be better!

Better than shop bought pastes

I bought 3 pastes recently as having got bored with supermarket bought Thai pastes. The ones I chose were mild and medium, which having tried them brought back sweet memories of my trip to Thailand. Not only do I love the pastes, love your website too.
