What an amazing, authentic Thai curry, perfect advice on the coconut milk and how to cook! Really a big game changer. Very happy customer !!! :)

As a keen cook, I have loved to create my own version of a green Thai curry paste, however due to time constraints, I have reverted to shop bought versions of late, which have been seriously lacking.
I am so delighted with my decision to buy this brand online, finally an authentic Thai curry without having to add any other aromatic ingredients… good quality coconut milk, a garnish of Thai basil, chilli, and a handful of butterfly prawns were a perfect
marriage with this paste.

Also use the paste as a marinade for your protein choice to pop on the BBQ… yum 😋

This is the most authentic Thai panang paste I have managed to buy in the UK. I made the Panang beef short ribs (the my Thai curry recipes are amazing too). The Panang sauce was delicious with homemade rotis 😋 Thoroughly recommend!

I ordered a few of these and now confirm after two batches made that this is the real deal.
An excellent paste for a non cook like me.

Loved by all the family. So simple to prepare. One of my go to quick meals. Would highly recommend . I do add a green chilli and fish sauce but that is personnel taste . We have personal tweaks. Thank you My Thai Curry .

These pastes are excellent. I had a dinner party and my guests, who some had said were Thai food connoisseurs. Said it was the best Thai green and red curries they had ever tasted!! I couldn’t recommend My Thai curry pastes, any higher!!

After spending time in Thailand, I haven’t found anything as authentic or flavoursome as these pastes

Panang has always been my go to but the yellow may just be my new favourite now. They are good!

Finally got around to trying Nitsa's beef short-ribs recipe. I followed the instructions to the letter and it was absolutely superb! My wife start making alarming gurgling noises and I thought I might have to call a doctor. But no, she was just in raptures having had her first bite of the slow cooked ribs! I garnished it with some Thai basil and that worked beautifully. I did find I had to boil away quite alot of the liquid and should perhaps have added a little less than I did, but I got it to the right consistency eventually! 10 out of 10!

These are the best Thai pastes available. I’ve been to Thailand a few times and the flavours really take me back there
