Finally got around to trying Nitsa's beef short-ribs recipe. I followed the instructions to the letter and it was absolutely superb! My wife start making alarming gurgling noises and I thought I might have to call a doctor. But no, she was just in raptures having had her first bite of the slow cooked ribs! I garnished it with some Thai basil and that worked beautifully. I did find I had to boil away quite alot of the liquid and should perhaps have added a little less than I did, but I got it to the right consistency eventually! 10 out of 10!

Cooked the Penang Beef Curry today and it was absolutely delicious as have all the other pastes we have tried so far. Can't wait to get my order in for more! Also, making sure you use the best coconut milk is definitely a game changer as Nitsa advises.

I was amazed how easy these pastes are to use and how authentic the taste. I’ve tried two different recipes so far and both surpass our local Thai restaurant and my own home creations - well worth it!

It’s very hard to find a Thai (or any!) curry paste that actually tastes like the real thing. You can tell that the lady who made the recipe for these pastes is Thai, and seems to have put a lot of effort into coming up with something that tastes like the real deal. Just the right amount of heat and spice.
I’ve already ordered several more pastes, they’re really handy to have in for an easy “ready” meal that actually tastes delicious

Never been more pleased: super tasty and really easy: stir fry veg, add paste then coconut milk. That's it and yummy everytime.
